Do I need to book separate appointment for my consultation before my hair services?

All of our hair services include of consultation on the same day of your hair services appointment. You may directly book in for your hair services via our booking website and our team will advice you accordingly on your hair appointment day!

What do I need to bring on my appointment day?

It’s always great to bring in visual references of hair that you really love, and equally hair that you loathe! If you can also think about three words that describe how you want to look – for example - strong /romantic /fierce /soft /sharp /sophisticated /modern. Then that really helps us to put together a look for you.

Which products do you use at salon?

We do not use only one brand of hair products. Instead we choose different products from various hair companies that we think work well. Loreal / Shiseido / Pravana / Goldwell / Joico etc.

How long will my colouring / perming / hair botox appointment take?

It really depends on what style you are having. On average our chemical appointments take between 2.5 - 3 hours, including your cut and finish. Expect longer hours if bleaching required / for long & thick hair.

 

I want to get a soft perm and colour my hair too. What should I do? Color or perm first?

When you are planning to have multiple chemical services - specifically perming and colour services - You always want to have the colour done LAST, perm FIRST. And you usually need to wait a brief period of time (2-3 washes) between the services to allow your hair to "normalize" after the previous service.

How long does MIMOSA Hair Botox last?

Usually it lasted 3-5 months depending on your preferred hair botox strength, your natural texture and daily lifestyle too. MIMOSA Hair Botox is formaldehyde FREE.

Should I Hair Botox first or colour first?

We highly recommend to hair botox first. After few washes ( about a week) come back for colouring session.

Can I get a free fringe trim at MIMOSA?

All our regular clients get this for free. We do not book appointments for a fringe trim. Instead you can pop in any time the salon is open. However please note that this is subject to availability i.e. you may have to wait for a few minutes if no hair stylist is available. Please note that this free service is only for the reshaping of an existing fringe.

 

Do you offer any membership package?

Of course! Sign up *$1k, and get a credit of $1200. Can be used for hair products / hair services and share it with your direct family members. Membership strictly valid for 1 year.

Do you have a phone number that I can call / speak to?

Unfortunately we do not have any landline now due to shortage of manpower. But you’re welcome to drop us WhatsApp Text, and we will response to your inquiries as soon as possible! Do note that we only accept appointment via booking website.

Must I book a hair appointment many weeks in advance? And how can I make appointment?

We sometimes have last minute appointment available and you may always check our latest availability and booking appointment via our website: www.SgMimosaSalon.com

We only accept one month in advance booking. To avoid disappointment please book your hair appointment at lease 2 - 3 weeks in advance.

 

Payment method?

We accept the following payment method for the remaining amount : PayNow / Visa / Master / Amex.

What if I'm not satisfied with my hair results?

We offer 7-Days Redo Policy. If you’re not satisfied with the services you have received, please notify us immediately prior to leaving. We would like the opportunity to fix the service prior to your departure from the salon. We do not offer refunds on services / products.

Booking deposit :

A deposit of S$50 (inclusive of $2.20 Stripe Processing Fee) is required to secure your appointment slot, the remaining amount is to be paid at the end of the appointment. The deposit of $50 will be used to offset the total amount of your session.

Reschedule and Cancellation Policy :

Reschedule or cancellation (if any) has to be done at least 3 days(72Hours) before the appointment date (this would allow us to inform those who are on the waiting list to take up your slot). Deposit will be forfeited for any reschedule or cancellation made less than 3 days(72Hours) before appointment. Stripe Processing Fee is non-refundable.
